Carbon Steel Flanges
Our carbon steel flanges are manufactured to ASME B16.5 in weld neck, slip-on,
blind, threaded, socket weld and lap joint types. Bore schedule, facing type
and pressure class are produced to the dimensions given in the applicable ASME
tables. Flanges outside the B16.5 range, and flanges to EN or other standards,
are handled under our custom service against your drawing.
Butt Weld Fittings
Our butt weld elbows and tees are manufactured to ASME B16.9 in long radius and
short radius, with returns supplied to B16.28. Wall thickness for each size and
schedule follows the ASME tables. Dimensions outside the standard range are
produced against your drawing.
Stainless Steel Range
The stainless range covers weld neck flanges and butt weld elbows for service
conditions where carbon steel is not suitable. Grade, size and pressure class
are confirmed on the quotation for each order.
Specification and Documentation
Every product page on this site carries the full data for that item: the
standard it is produced to, the size and pressure class range, the material
grade, the facing and bore options, and the packing and documentation that
ship with it.
Each shipment is supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate issued by
the producing mill, together with the packing list and the certificate of
origin where required. Heat and batch numbers are stamped on the fittings so
that the certificate can be matched back to the goods.
Our factory is certified to API Q1 and ISO 9001. Dimensional checks,
spectrographic analysis and hydrostatic testing are carried out in the
certified production facility, and inspection by a third party such as SGS or
Bureau Veritas can be arranged before shipment.
Sizes, Standards and Drawings Not Listed
The items on this page are the range we run as standard. Fittings to drawings,
to non-standard sizes, and to standards outside the ASME and ASTM system are
produced as well, and are quoted against your drawing and quantity. Our custom service page lists what we need from you to quote. Send the
drawing or the specification sheet and we will confirm the price and the lead
time in writing.
