What products do you mainly supply?
We specialize in carbon steel and stainless steel pipe fittings — flanges, elbows and tees.
What material grades do you supply?
Our main grades are A105, A234 WPB and 304/304L stainless steel. Other materials can be quoted on request.
Can you produce items to ASME standards or custom drawings?
Yes. We supply carbon steel flanges, elbows and tees to ASME B16.5 and B16.9, and accept custom orders per client drawings.
- Quality and Documentation
How do you guarantee material quality?
Every batch ships with an official EN 10204 3.1 material test certificate, traceable to the heat number. Third-party inspection such as SGS or BV can be arranged at the factory before shipment. Any claim regarding material must be supported by the MTC and, where applicable, a third-party inspection report, and is handled under the terms confirmed in your order.
Can you provide all documents required for Oman and UAE customs clearance?
Yes. We provide the standard document set: commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin (CO), Bill of Lading (BL), and MTC (EN 10204 3.1). Third-party test reports (SGS or BV) are available on the customer’s request. Fumigation certificate is provided when wooden packing is used. Any additional attestation, such as chamber of commerce or embassy legalisation, can be arranged on request.

What is your MOQ? Can I place a small trial order?
We have no strict MOQ — small trial orders and sample orders are welcome.
Can I get samples before a bulk order?
Yes, samples are available. Sample freight is paid by the buyer, and the sample cost can be refunded on your first order.
What is your normal lead time?
Standard sizes take 7-15 days; custom or non-standard products take 20-35 days. Shipping time is additional and depends on the destination port.
What payment terms are available?
Our standard terms are 30% T/T deposit, with the balance paid before shipment. Other terms can be discussed for large orders.
How quickly can you quote?
We usually quote within 24 hours once we have your size, standard and quantity.
- Export, Shipping and Tax
Do you export to the Middle East?
Yes. We export worldwide, including Oman, UAE and Saudi Arabia, and can quote EXW, FOB or CIF to your destination port.
What is the import tariff for pipe fittings in Oman?
Oman applies a 5% customs duty on the CIF value (goods + freight + insurance) for steel pipe fittings, plus 5% VAT. In total, the combined tax is about 10.25% of the CIF value. These taxes are paid by the importer, and we provide the full documents (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, EN 10204 3.1) to support smooth clearance.
How are the goods packed?
Fittings and flanges are packed in wooden cases or plywood pallets with anti-rust treatment, ready for sea freight.
