Company Profile

Mingyang Pipe Fittings manufactures in Cangzhou, China — home to the country’s largest flange and pipe fitting production cluster. Steel, forging, machining, heat treatment and inspection are all available locally, with raw materials sourced nearby; the cluster adjoins major Chinese seaports, keeping consolidation and shipment convenient. A complete local supply chain translates into competitive prices and reliable lead times.

We manufacture and supply carbon steel flanges, stainless steel flanges and butt-weld pipe fittings to the ASME standard system. Common materials cover carbon steel A105, A234 WPB and A350 LF2, and stainless steel A182 F304/F316L and A403 WP304/316L, with special alloys available on request. We serve customers in oil and gas, refining, power generation, desalination and municipal water, in standard batch quantities as well as custom-made items produced to drawing.

Our factory holds ISO 9001 and API Q1 certificates, with machining, heat treatment and inspection completed on site. It is equipped with spectral analysis, hydrostatic testing and non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment. Every piece carries a heat number stamp, and every shipment is accompanied by an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate, so each batch stays traceable.

Why Choose Us

1

Production Certificates

ISO 9001 and API Q1 certificates are held by our production base. Copies can be verified with the issuing bodies.

2

Strict Quality Control

Our factory is equipped with spectral analysis, hydrostatic testing and non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment. Every product is inspected before shipment, and inspection by SGS, BV or your nominated third party is welcome before dispatch.

3

Full Traceability

Every piece carries a heat number stamp and every shipment includes an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate, so any question can be traced back to the heat.

4

Made to Drawing

Standard sizes run on existing tooling; large sizes, special materials and non-standard items are produced to drawing under the same inspection standard.

5

Built for Demanding Service

For high-temperature, high-pressure and corrosive piping systems. Materials, heat treatment and inspection follow your engineering specification.

6

Dedicated Export Team

Your order is followed by one export team from drawing confirmation to loading: technical details, documentation and shipment updates come from the same people.

Our Production Base

Our factory is located in Cangzhou, China, covering forging, heat treatment, CNC machining and surface treatment, with spectral analysis, hydrostatic testing and NDT carried out on site. Products beyond our tooling range — large diameters, special alloys and one-off non-standard items — are produced by partner workshops in the same cluster, inspected to the same acceptance criteria and shipped with complete documentation. Whichever line an order runs on, it leaves with our own inspection records and EN 10204 3.1 certificates.

From Raw Material to Container

Every order follows the same documented route. Each stage is carried out and checked inside our production base:

  1. Raw material verification — each heat is confirmed by spectral analysis against the required grade before it enters production.
  2. Cutting and forging — billets are cut to length and formed on the forging line.
  3. Heat treatment — normalizing, annealing or quenching and tempering, selected for the material and wall thickness.
  4. Machining — lathes and radial drilling bring each piece to its final dimensions.
  5. Dimensional inspection — outside diameter, wall thickness, bolt circle and facing are checked against the applicable ASME table.
  6. Non-destructive testing — ultrasonic or magnetic particle examination where the order requires it.
  7. Hydrostatic testing — carried out where the order requires it.
  8. Marking — every piece is stamped with its heat number, size, material and standard.
  9. Surface treatment and packing — rust prevention, then plywood crates or pallets built for export.
  10. Container loading — the loading is photographed before the container leaves.

Documentation Shipped With Every Order

  • EN 10204 3.1 material certificate, issued against the heat number stamped on the piece
  • Heat number stamp on every fitting, so any piece can be traced back to its heat
  • Dimensional inspection record
  • NDT report, where the order requires it
  • Hydrostatic test record, where the order requires it
  • Packing list and commercial invoice
  • Certificate of origin

Factory qualification certificates — API Q1 and ISO 9001 — are held by our production base. Certificate copies are provided on request, and are sent exactly as issued.

Capacity, Lead Time and Inspection Access

Capacity

Forging, heat treatment and machining run in parallel on several lines. Standard sizes are produced on existing tooling and repeat orders follow the same route, which keeps output stable through the year.

Lead time

Lead time is confirmed in the quotation against the actual size range, quantity and material. Standard sizes in common grades move fastest; large diameters, heavy wall thickness and special alloys take longer. The figure you receive before ordering is the figure we work to.

Inspection access

You or your representative are welcome to inspect the goods at our production base before dispatch. Where travel is not practical, we arrange a live video walkthrough of the workshop and of the goods being packed. Inspection by SGS, BV or your nominated third party is welcome before dispatch, with the cost confirmed case by case.

Our Commitment

  • A 30-day inspection and claim period from the date the goods arrive
  • Enquiries answered within 24 hours
  • An EN 10204 3.1 material certificate with every shipment

Tell us what you need — drawings, a dimension list or a material description. We usually quote within 24 hours.
