- Service scope
Mingyang Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. supplies and exports pipe fittings and flanges, including flanges, elbows, tees and related carbon steel and stainless steel products. Production takes place at manufacturing facilities in Cangzhou operating under our quality requirements and inspection standards. We do not operate the melting and forging lines ourselves; the facilities producing the goods are identified in the documents accompanying each order.
Standard items are produced to the applicable ASME and ASTM standards. Items outside those standards are made to drawings. - Quotations and orders
- Every quotation is issued as a formal document specifying product, quantity, unit price, Incoterm, payment terms and validity period
- Quotation validity is as stated in each quotation
- Orders become binding upon written confirmation by both parties, by email or WhatsApp text, together with receipt of the deposit
- Supported Incoterms follow Incoterms 2020 and include EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP; other terms on request
- Payment by telegraphic transfer, or by irrevocable letter of credit at sight where agreed
- Delivery and acceptance
- Lead times are as confirmed in each order and depend on quantity, specification and the production schedule
- Each shipment is accompanied by an EN 10204 3.1 material test certificate traceable to the heat number
- Customers may arrange third-party inspection before shipment
- Quantity and visual discrepancies must be reported in writing within 30 days of arrival, following the procedure in our Return & Refund Policy
- Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including project delays, removal, installation, labour, downtime or loss of profit. Our total liability for any order does not exceed the amount actually received for that order. - Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including war, sanctions, port closure, strikes, pandemics, transport disruption, power restriction and government action. The affected party promptly notifies the other and both parties take reasonable steps to minimise losses. - Dispute resolution
Disputes arising from these Terms or from order performance are settled through friendly negotiation. Where negotiation fails, disputes are submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration under its rules in effect at the time. The arbitration is held in Beijing, China, conducted in Chinese and English. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. - General
- If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- These Terms together with the order documents and the Return & Refund Policy form the entire agreement between the parties
- We may update these Terms; changes are posted on this page and apply to orders placed after publication
